What payment options are available for Beyond Typicals Subscriptions?

While credit card is the preferred method of payment, we have multiple options to pay for our software including ACH/Direct, wire or physical check.

How does the Standard license work?

When you purchase an individual standard license (as opposed to enterprise licenses) through the website, you will receive a Subscription ID via email and in your account, which is used within our products to activate the license. The application download includes the full software, just with watermarks. The free 30-day trial or paid subscription removes all but a small watermark in the bottom right indicating you are within the free trial. Paid users will see no watermarks during the duration of their subscription term.

These are ‘per user’ licenses according to our end user license agreement (EULA) and can be used on up to two Windows computers for the user assigned to the license.

Users can access their Subscription information, add new plans or change/cancel existing plans within their account by clicking MANAGE ACCOUNT at the top of the page. Login password and instructions are sent when a new account is created with a free trial or paid subscription.

Can I purchase multiple licenses?

Absolutely. You can purchase multiple licenses by logging into your account at the top of this page and clicking the ADD PLAN button. Each of your subscriptions will be listed in the Subscriptions section of your account.

We can also work directly with you to add multiple subscriptions to your account if you would prefer rather than the self-serve option using your account. Just contact us.

We are now also offering enterprise plans with virtual floating licenses, bulk discounts and optional add-ons. Please contact us for more information, including pricing.

How do I download and install the software?

After signing up for a free 30-day trial or purchasing a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions to download and install Beyond Typicals. We understand that IT/IS guidelines are different for nearly every company and agency, so we have multiple options for download and distribution.

How does the 30-day Free trial work?

If you would like to evaluate the software before buying, we offer a 30-day free trial. When you start the 30-day free trial, you will receive a 17 digit Subscription ID via email and within your account which you can enter into the software upon startup, after download and install, which will remove the watermarks for the 30-day period (a free trial watermark will remain in the bottom right corner of the software during the trial). If you would like to continue to use the software beyond the free trial, you will need to enter payment information in your account using the MANAGE ACCOUNT link at the top of this website during the 30 days. Learn more here.

If you never upgrade to a paid subscription or cancel the free trial, the software will continue working past the 30 days, just with the watermarks turned back on. In the scenario where your free trial lapses, and you later purchase a license, you can just use the new Subscription ID to remove watermarks with no need to redownload the software. Can I upgrade or change my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, pause or resume any subscription within your account by clicking the MANAGE ACCOUNT link at the top of this website, logging in and clicking on edit subscription. You can also cancel or pause your subscription via MANAGE ACCOUNT.
